3. Liaising with the ISP to ensure that all your organisations requirements are met
4. Installing, configuring and testing all your equipment to ensure that your network performance exceeds your expectations & fulfils your organisational needs
5. Handling your network security to ensure that you have the best level of protection available from all the security threats inherent to the internet
6. Managing & supporting your network (as first-level support, or 2nd-level support for your IT staff)

We are Microsoft Certified partners, so you can rest assured that recommendation,  setup and support of solutions based on Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Windows Small Business Server, and the Microsoft Windows Server System Solution for Midsize Business.

We are not however, tied exclusively to Microsoft products, and often implement solutions based on other vendors' products. As always, our final recommendation is based on the individual needs of the client, and not on any vendor-bias!
